2) The Loan May Be Terminated On Or Before This Date If:

a) The Borrower No Longer Wants To Loan The Horse Or Pony, The Owner Must Be Informed In Writing, No Less Than 30 Days Before The Horse Or Pony (And Any Equipment Associated With It) Will Be Returned In A Good Condition To The Owner.

b) The Owner Believes The Horse Or Pony Is Not Being Treated Correctly, The Owner May (At Their Own Discretion) Give The Borrower A Specific Period Of Time To Rectify Any Reasonable Issues Although The Owner Reserves The Right To Remove The Horse Or Pony (At His/Her Expense) From The Borrower With No Notice.

3) The Borrower Will Allow The Owner Access To The Horse Or Pony In Order That The Owner May Check The Health And Welfare Of The Animal.

4) The Borrower Must Accept And Understand That The Horse Or Pony Must Be:
(State Conditions Of Care – Stabling, Feed, Companionship Etc)

b) The Payment Of All Veterinary Treatment

c) Notifying The Owner Of Any Serious Illness Or Injury Or Any Requirement For The Horse Or Pony To Have General Anaesthetic Or Surgery

d) Ensuring That The Animal Is Fully Insured For Veterinary Treatment, Third Party Liability, And Travelling

e) Ensuring That The Animal Is Fully Shod And Accepting Liability For The Payment Of Shoeing

f) Carrying The Inherent Risk Of Horse Care & Riding, The Owner Cannot Be Held Responsible For Anything At Any Time.

7) The Owner Is Responsible For:
(Unless Previously Agreed In Writing With The Borrower)

a) Agreeing That If A Veterinarian Advises Immediate Euthanasia Of The Horse Or Pony And The Owner Cannot Be Quickly Contacted, The Borrower May Give Permission To The Veterinarian On The Owners Behalf.
